Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Emberwood Hollow! By placing an order through our online store, you agree to the following shop policies.
Handcrafted & One-of-a-Kind Artwork
Many of our creations are individually handcrafted, hand-finished, or made using vintage and repurposed materials. Natural wood grain, aged finishes, slight variations, and signs of vintage character are part of what makes each piece unique.
We make every effort to accurately photograph and describe our products. Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.
Orders & Payments
Payment is required at checkout. Orders are subject to product availability and payment confirmation.
Because many pieces are one of a kind, quantities are limited. If an inventory error occurs, we will contact you and arrange a refund for any unavailable item.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are carefully packaged to help protect them during shipping. Processing times and shipping charges are provided during the purchasing process.
Once an order has shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping carrier. We cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates.
Cancellations & Returns
Please contact us promptly if you need to request an order cancellation. We will accommodate cancellation requests when possible before shipment.
Returns, refunds, and damaged-item claims are handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law.
Artwork & Copyright
Original artwork, designs, photographs, and written content created by Emberwood Hollow remain the intellectual property of Emberwood Hollow, where applicable.
Purchasing an artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. Our original designs may not be reproduced or commercially distributed without permission.
Product Use
Decorative artwork and accessories are intended for their described purposes. Items labeled decorative only should not be used for food preparation or other unintended uses.
Customer Service
We take pride in offering distinctive artwork and thoughtful customer service. If you have questions about an item before purchasing or concerns about an order, please contact us through our store.
Thank you for supporting Emberwood Hollow, where every piece has a little character and a story of its own.
