At Emberwood Hollow, our artwork and decorative pieces are individually handcrafted, carefully selected, or thoughtfully restored. Many are one-of-a-kind creations that cannot be duplicated.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the unique nature of our products and the costs associated with safely packaging and shipping artwork, we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, personal preference, or ordering mistakes.
Please review all photographs, measurements, and descriptions carefully before purchasing. We are happy to answer questions before you place your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take great care in packaging every order. If your purchase arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from its description, please contact us promptly, preferably within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include photographs of the item, packaging, and any visible damage so we can evaluate the issue and assist with a resolution.
Depending on the circumstances, resolutions may include a refund, replacement when possible, or another appropriate remedy. Your rights under applicable consumer protection laws remain unaffected.
Handcrafted & Vintage Character
Our handmade artwork may feature intentional distressing, natural wood grain, textured finishes, and individual variations. Vintage items may show signs of age and previous use. These characteristics are part of their unique appeal and will be represented in our photographs and descriptions.
