At Emberwood Hollow, every order is carefully packaged to help ensure your artwork or vintage treasure arrives safely.
Processing Times
Ready-to-ship items are typically prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and holidays.
If an item requires additional preparation or customization, the estimated processing time will be noted in the product description.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped from West Virginia using USPS, UPS, or another appropriate carrier. Shipping costs are calculated or displayed at checkout.
Tracking information will be provided when available.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed, and carrier delays are outside our control.
Packaging
Framed artwork, dimensional pieces, and fragile vintage items are carefully wrapped and packaged according to their size and construction.
Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery. Include photographs of the damaged item, shipping box, and packaging materials so we can help resolve the issue.
Because many Emberwood Hollow pieces are one of a kind, identical replacements may not be available.

Please verify your shipping address before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Address changes may not be possible once an order has shipped.
